   By submitting any form of content to Fatvia (including but not limited to gameplay videos, photos, loadout showcases, gear reviews, written pieces, or creative edits), you affirm that you are the rightful owner of the material or have full permission to submit it.

You retain full ownership of your content.

However, by submitting content to Fatvia, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to:

Feature
on our website, social media channels, digital campaigns, or community platforms for the purpose of promoting the Fatvia initiative and its members.

You can request removal or edits of your content at any time by contacting us.

3. Gear Distribution Disclaimer
   Fatvia occasionally collaborates with brands and airsoft-related services to receive gear or equipment to be distributed for review, feedback, or content creation purposes. This is not a sale, giveaway, or trade.

No payment is requested or accepted for gear.

No raffles, sweepstakes, or gambling systems are in place.

Receiving gear is not based on chance, but on participation and contribution within the community.

Fatvia does not profit from these exchanges and does not resell or facilitate the resale of any received equipment.

Any personal trades, exchanges, or sales made between members are entirely private and not affiliated, managed, or endorsed by Fatvia. We do not oversee or moderate these interactions and take no responsibility for outcomes.

4. Data Privacy
   We take your privacy seriously. Fatvia:

Does not sell, share, or monetize any user data

Does not collect sensitive personal data (e.g. health info, financial info, government ID, etc.)

Collects only basic information provided by users for participation (e.g. usernames, public social media links, email if submitted voluntarily)

Stores only content explicitly submitted by members for participation purposes

All data is used solely to facilitate participation within Fatvia activities and is never used for targeted advertising or passed to third parties.

If at any point you would like your data or content removed, simply reach out and we will comply within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Community Expectations

Fatvia is strictly 18+ due to legal limitations around airsoft equipment and content licensing. We reserve the right to remove members who break these terms.

6. Liability Disclaimer
   Fatvia is not responsible for:

Private disputes or transactions between members

Damages or issues related to gear distributed by third-party sponsors

Legal regulations surrounding airsoft usage in your country or locality

Misuse of the platform for activities outside our stated scope

Members are expected to follow their local laws regarding airsoft ownership, age restrictions, and public game participation. We do not endorse illegal usage or unsafe behavior of any kind.
