What does submitting content mean?
From Fatvia privacy policy:
Content Submission & Usage Rights
By submitting any form of content to Fatvia (including but not limited to gameplay videos, photos, loadout showcases, gear reviews, written pieces, or creative edits), you affirm that you are the rightful owner of the material or have full permission to submit it.
You retain full ownership of your content.
However, by submitting content to Fatvia, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to:
Use
Edit
Repost
Showcase
Feature
on our website, social media channels, digital campaigns, or community platforms for the purpose of promoting the Fatvia initiative and its members.
You can request removal or edits of your content at any time by contacting us.
Agreement
Filling out and submitting this form is your agreement to the following:
• Your submission is your inclusion in the Fatvia community.
• The information you submit – Discord username, social media handle, play-style information, and optional email address – is collected for the exclusive purposes of internal community use, to get to know, organize, and identify participating members more effectively.
• You know that your social media handle can be publicly associated with your content where credit is appropriate (e.g., on our site or social media posts).
• You do not need to give a valid email address. If you’d like, you may give a placeholder (e.g., n/a@gmail.com) to proceed.
• Filling out this form does not constitute any legal contract, giveaway, or exchange. It is simply a way for us to know more about you, and for you to be able to join the community that is expanding.
You confirm by submitting that:
• You are 18 years and above, or have attained the age of participation according to the laws of your land.
• The details given are accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• You consent to permit Fatvia to retain and use the provided information in line with its intention as a community-supported, non-profit project.
Fatvia does not need or process sensitive personal data, and all the provided information is stored secure and private within our internal environment.
