A Fatvia member is anyone who has:

•  Uploaded through the site using the platform

•  Contacted us through the form on the site

•  Or follows and engages with Fatvia on our social media channels

There are no charges, no contracts, and no activity requirements.
If you feel a sense of kinship with what Fatvia is trying to do, then you’re welcome here – and that’s all you require.

Membership is not obligatory.
You can join when it feels right for you, and leave if it no longer does.
The only rules that apply are the legal constraints, such as age requirements, consideration of content, and the simple Terms of Service that ensure the space remains safe and open to everyone.

This is not a list – it’s a pulse.
It’s a count of how many people are connected to the cause behind Fatvia, whether they’re writing content, active in the Discord, or just standing with the idea.

The members you see on Fatvia are individuals who have participated with the site in one or more of the following ways:

•  Posted content via official means for Fatvia (website or Discord)

•  Completed the “Connect” form

•  Interacted with Fatvia using public channels such as Discord or social media

In participating in any of these activities, you are considered a member of Fatvia and agree with the following:

•  Voluntary Participation
Membership is strictly voluntary. There is no financial commitment, performance requirement, or time investment to stay on the count as a member.

•  Consent to Basic Communication
If you supply contact information (e.g., Discord handle, email, or social handles), you are consenting to receive basic communication from Fatvia regarding your involvement, content, or opportunities directly related to community activity. You can opt out or disconnect at any point.

•  No Contractual Employment or Transaction
Fatvia is a not-for-profit community site. Membership does not imply employment, partnership, or contractual transaction. Any equipment or items provided are provided exclusively for reviewing, testing, or provision of content — and never as compensation, sale, or trade.

•  Withdrawal & Privacy
Members may withdraw from the Fatvia community at will by failing to participate or contacting the team directly. Information submitted on an individual basis is stored confidentially and used solely within internally for managing the community, except in cases of mutually agreed exceptions (e.g., public credits for shared content).

•  Eligibility Requirements
All members must be the legal age in their country to participate, contribute, or operate equipment. Fatvia does not knowingly collect or retain member data from users below the legal age.

Summary
Being a member of Fatvia means being part of something built on shared interest – not usually duty.
Feel free to sign up, participate, and opt-out whenever you would like. There are no terms that bind except those that serve to ensure safety, clarity, and respect for the community and its processes.
